Apprenticeships and work-based diplomas offer a flexible and cost-effective way to train and upskill your workforce, from GCSE-equivalent qualifications to degree-level programs.
Open to both new and existing employees, these programs help your business develop the skills needed for today and the future. As one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the West Midlands, we currently support over 1,500 apprentices and deliver training across the whole of England.

APPRENTICESHIP
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR - LEVEL 3
Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
SME fee: SME is 95% government funded, one off fee of £250

APPRENTICESHIP
ACCOUNTS OR FINANCE ASSISTANT - LEVEL 2
An accounts or finance assistant is an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business. The accounts or finance assistant is responsible for assisting the team of accountants with junior accounting duties.
SME fee: SME is 95% government funded, one off fee of £350

APPRENTICESHIP
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT - LEVEL 3
On this course you will learn how to offer support within the day-to-day running of financial activities in an organisation. The role primarily includes data entry, double entry and advanced bookkeeping as well as basic costing principles and final accounts.
SME fee: SME is 95% government funded, one off fee of £600

DIPLOMA
CMI DIPLOMA IN THE PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (ONLINE AND ON CAMPUS)
The Diploma in Management and Leadership is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This qualification is suitable for those who are, or wish to become, team leaders and/or supervisors. This includes individuals who are at the start of their career that wish to become team leaders/ supervisors as well as those aspiring or existing managers who may already have developed practical experience but who wish to develop their theoretical understanding of management skills further.

APPRENTICESHIP
OPERATIONS/DEPARTMENTAL MANAGER - LEVEL 5
An operations or departmental manager is someone who manages teams and/or projects, and achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisations strategy.
SME fee: SME is 95% government funded, one off fee of £450

FREE - Functional skills in the workplace...
We offer fully funded* functional skills English and Maths qualifications at times that suit you and your staff so that learning fits around their work and home life. We are able to create bespoke groups or your staff can join one of the classes we already have in place.
We have developed a number of different delivery models, from one day a week for 10 weeks or for a couple of hours a week, through to a totally personal and flexible approach with learning on-line with 1-1 support. Our classes can be delivered 100% virtually, to ensure your staff can learn safely, at a pace that suits them. We can arrange for exams to be taken in the workplace so are able to support your staff wherever they work within England.
This is not just about passing an exam, our aim is to develop English and maths skills that support people in their current and future jobs roles and help them progress in their training and career.

FREE - Essential digital skills...
Are any of your staff feeling left behind in the digital world? Our free Essential Digital Skills course aimed to build your employees skills to safely benefit from, participate in and contribute to the digital world.
The entry level course is designed for those aged 19 or over. We can also offer the Level 1 course for those who have some digital knowledge.
Each course will cover 5 skills areas. An example of the topics covered within the areas at entry level and/or level 1 are:

- Being safe and responsible online
