Level 3 CMI
Leadership and Management
As a part of this programme, you will have a chance to access nine FREE modules in business, including Principles of Management, Managing Budgets and Resources or Managing a Team to Achieve Results, just to mention a few.

Level 4
Leadership and Management
This programme has been designed for learners to develop the managerial and technical knowledge required to effectively manage people, processes and performance within an operational area of responsibility.
Cost: Free for 19+ living in the West Midlands Combined Authority
Days and times: Tuesdays and Thursdays online from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturdays 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for classroom delivery.

Level 5 CMI Leadership and Management
This course is ideal for anyone who manages, leads or supervises a team that have not yet received formal training. It is designed to help managers develop their skills, with regards to such subjects as understanding management and leadership in an organisational context or conducting a management project.

Days and times: Wednesdays, 6.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.
